Use AI where it can actually take work off someone’s plate.
I build AI that answers calls, captures leads, answers approved questions on websites, helps teams search internal knowledge, reads documents, summarizes information, and works inside larger automations.
AI should solve a specific bottleneck, not become a new one.
AI phone answering & lead capture
Answer common questions, collect caller information, route calls, capture leads, and start scheduling or follow-up workflows.
Website Q&A assistants
Answer questions using approved business information so visitors get useful responses without an open-ended generic chatbot.
Internal knowledge assistants
Help employees find answers across approved policies, procedures, documents, or internal reference material.
Document AI
Read invoices, forms, PDFs, emails, or other unstructured content and turn it into structured information for the next step.
AI inside automation
Use AI for classification, summarization, extraction, or judgment where normal business rules are not enough.
If a normal rule works better, I use the normal rule.
I am not trying to make every project “AI-powered.” The useful question is whether AI makes the process faster, easier, or more reliable than a simpler approach.
The goal is a dependable business system, not an impressive demo.
Bring the business problem first.
I’ll tell you whether AI actually belongs in the solution and how I would connect it to the rest of the process.
