I built Wasala Ops after getting tired of doing work the systems should have handled.
Wasala Ops grew out of finance, accounting, and operations work where reports, invoices, approvals, spreadsheets, and handoffs kept eating time every week. I started automating that work because I was already living inside the problem. I’m based in Oakland County, Michigan. Outside Wasala Ops, I serve as a volunteer firefighter — very different work that has sharpened the same instincts I bring to systems: clear procedures, dependable handoffs, and reliability when things get busy. Now I build practical systems that take repetitive work off other teams’ plates.
